From day one, we implement thorough risk assessments, safety protocols, and stringent compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. All new employees are provided with OSHA 10 training and Supervisors are equipped with OSHA 30. All team members working at Mining facilities complete the MSHA part 46 and repeat the training annually. All team members performing task in the pipeline industry have both hands on and classroom OQ training that’s reflective of their task. We also regularly update our safety practices to stay ahead of industry best practices and evolving safety standards with an annual two day training session where third party instructors and customers participate in hands-on and classroom refreshers and updates.
Our dedicated safety officers and site supervisors are on hand to monitor and enforce safety measures on every project. Whether we’re working on a complex construction site, providing maintenance services, or fabricating custom components, we ensure that safety checks, prework risk assessments, proper PPE (personal protective equipment), and safe work practices are a constant presence.
